Karina, despite having a bucketload of health problems that includes a tube through her throat, is a cheerful, happy six year old. She never lets her health get in the way of having fun, and wears her glasses with purple sparkly pride. She is determined and cheerful, and doesn't let life faze her. Her imagination knows no bounds. One time she even managed to call Moana.
