This one is probably a little different than y'all are used too. Coleton is 4 years old. He's wheelchair bound and he has beckwith weidemann syndrome(a rare over growth disorder that causes tumors and cancers in children) and autism. He's had 4 surgeries since mid February. Yet, coleton is still given to those he feels needs some help. Coleton is constantly buying(with the help of mom of course) the police officers in his community treats and candies. He is always there to help his friends and the first to help them when they need help. At school he greets everyone, everyone morning "hi, friends!" Rings through the school.
However, on the morning of February 18th 20202, coleton went in for tongue reduction surgery and tonsil/adenoid removal due to breathing complications and the doctors found lymphoid hyperplasia (a mass in his throat). Every moment with coleton now is precious and I don't think he understands it because he wasn't stopped stride to help his friends and community.
