An ex-addict turns away from a crime-filled past to seek positive changes in his borough of the South Bronx. Through the opening of Tony Bargains Basement Thrift Store and Community Outreach Center, Anthony J. Cody uses his knowledge of drug sales and gang operations in an attempt to rid his block of crime.

Anthony Cody, a former inmate and homeless drug addict known as Tony Bargains, has turned a crack house on Boston Road into a thrift store for the needy.
